Refund Policy
Annual subscriptions
Relaya subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, your access remains active through the end of your current annual billing period — you will not lose access immediately. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period.
30-day new subscriber guarantee
If you subscribe and decide within 30 days of your first payment that Relaya is not right for you, contact us at hello@relaya.chat and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment and does not apply to renewals.
Termination by Relaya
If Relaya terminates your subscription without cause, we will issue a prorated refund for any prepaid fees covering the unused portion of your billing period. See Section 15 of our Terms of Service for details.
Billing is handled by Paddle
All billing, payment processing, and tax collection is handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed through Paddle. If you have a billing question or dispute, you can also contact Paddle directly via their buyer support.
